Keshaun Lacy '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Keshaun Lacy.   I was originally scheduled to be a graduate of the 2026 class however I was able to complete all of my high school graduation requirements and will now be the class of 2025.   My current plan is to do at 1 year of education at a 2 year university to keep this academic momentum going, however it also puts in me in a unique situation as I will technically be available for 3 different entry years.  I can fill in a 2025 spot as a new high school graduate.  I can maintain my original path for hopefully obtaining a 2026 spot and come into the school with a full year of classes completed.  I also have the opportunity to fill in a 2027 spot as I can continue at my selected 2 year institution to complete an associates degree followed by attending a 4 year university with graduate school upon completion.

While my current position is goal keeper, I do play other positions such as midfield and defense.  I am a 2 sport athlete with Track & Field being my other sport.  I have been an playing soccer since the age of 5 years old and running since the age of 6.  While other goalkeepers typically start around the age of 10, I started late and have been in the box for 3 years.  While that is a short time to be a keeper, I believe it demonstrates my ability to work hard and be easily coachable.  I am always seeking an opportunity to grow my skills.  I am also a motivation/ ray of sunshine to any team that I am apart of.
