John (JB) Baxter '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is JB Baxter and I am a goalkeeper.  Academics are a first priority when it comes to choosing the right college.  That being ssaid, I want to receive the best education I can get while playing collegiate soccer.  

A bit about me as a player. I believe if I don't give 100% then I am not getting better, and I always want to get better.  As a goalkeeper, it is my responsibility to control my box and manage my defense in front of me.  I am loud and I can read the field so I do this very well.  I take pride in my technical ability and footwork.  I am completely comfortable with playing with my feet.  I am confident in my abilities but I am not cocky.  

Now a bit about me as a person.  I like helping others and I find volunteer work gratifying.  When I am not playing soccer, I enjoy casual golfing, longboarding, and hanging out with friends.  Unlike a lot of players, soccer is not my life, but it is my passion.
