Samlord Polynice '16 Recruiting Profile

I am from Haiti, Fond-Parisien for reference (Haitian Christian Mission) and in my country I have been playing soccer since I was seven years old in my area with my friends at school . Since I first stepped on the field, I have aspired to play at the collegiate level and if it could be posibble at professional level. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life and my environnement where i come from.

I have played competitive soccer since the age of 13. Having been at Play It Forward  for 2 years has allowed me to train on a daily basis, improve my game significantly I have been named the haitian Neymar by the team and all of my friends cause i play like him and he is my favorite player thouht and after that i have decided to get the last grade in Port-au-Prince that would be helpful for me to pass the official exam .

I have excellent ball handling skills and strong legs. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA who is extremely focused both on and off the field.. 

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field cause my parent don't have possibility to push me in . I am open to all options (specially Physical Therapy) and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all the Haitian and make my parents proud.
