José Miguel Merchán Hernández '20 Recruiting Profile

My goals in sports are the biggest. I want to make it in short/medium team to the proffesional level throughout the college path showing up myself in all the tournaments, and in long term achieving a succesfull carreer in Europe in the biggest clubs as well as in my  country´s national team. I have huge aptitudes in all aspects of the game: technical, physical, tactical, but mentally is my strong point since I never give up even in the hardest moments, I keep going. I am a talented player but also hard worker.

Even though my dreams are in the sports side, academically I have great aptitudes. I speak perfectly my native language (Spanish), English, and presently working in Portuguese, and planning working in a future  with Germa which stopped because of other personal projects I had in the moment. I like to know everything about athlethism, on how should football/soccer athletes develop to reach their full potential in and out the field. College is the best path to know more about this.
