My goal is to play for a successful and serious soccer varsity team part of a well-known university. My dream is to play professional soccer in the English Premier League, and I will do absolutely anything to accomplish that dream. What separates me from other students and athletes is my discipline, ability to stay focused on what matters, my work ethic, passion for soccer, and my desire to be successful. I have been playing soccer since the age of 4, so I have a lot of experience, as well as a great amount of knowledge and understanding on soccer. I consistently work very hard to constantly improve. I train 5-6 times a week (3 times with my team, and 2-3 times either by myself or with one of my teammates) and go to the gym 2-4 times a week. I also understand that recovery and rest is very important for athletes, so I do have recovery sessions and rest days. I attend a private IB school, so a lot of focus and commitment is required. I take my school work seriously, and I have maintained a 3.9 out of 4.0 GPA since my first year of high school. Playing rep soccer and going to an IB school has developed my time-management skills, as I constantly have to work hard for both soccer and school. If I were to describe my character, the first thing I would say is that I am very disciplined and focused. I know exactly what my short and long-term goals are, and I remain focused every day to achieve those goals. I balance my time very well, as I allocate the right amount of time towards training, school, and spending time with friends and family.
