Being crowned as the best soccer player in my freshman year, opened many doors for my soccer aspirations. I have since been given the opportunity to play a key part in the ISAAG tournament on 2 occassions and we face a third tournament with me as the captain of the high school's team. My prowess 1500m athletics has helped to improve my soccer ability as I managed to come first in the just ended intersections athletics competition.
I would like to become a college student-athlete to push me towards my ultimate goal of becoming a professional soccer player as well as major in the arts.I am an above average student. I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember, however I was able to hone my skills through the Marcel Dessaily sports academy.
I hope to gain a scholarship as the economic hardships here are a financial disadvantage to us,however ,as much as they are a disadvantage they remind me of my goals and where I want to be and remind me constantly that I want to come out of it and better my community mainly through professional football
For this reason,I will give my all as I have previously done . I also believe that the determination I have gathered through the trying times as well as athletics training, coupled with my leadership skills, would make me a good fit for college soccer at the highest level.
