Sahil Zadah '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sahil Zadah and i live in Glasgow Scotland in the United Kingdom. I am 19 years old and have been playing football (soccer) ever since i moved to Scotland at the age of 4. Since young i’ve been playing grassroots football and now i play at a semi professional level as a fullback either left or right for Pollok FC U19s and U21 in the WOSL League and i also play for my University in the UK National BUCS League, the highest level of collegiate football in the UK. 

I captained my High School team through the Scottish Schools tournament every month and finished second as our best result. I also help out my old High School and coach the 1st and second Year team. 

For me my academics is as important as my athletics if not more. Currently i’m in my first year of University studying Business and Finance and having received good grades throughout high school i went straight into university and skipped college. 

Studying is something I’m very passionate about as it’s a plan B if football doesn’t work out. I get tutored in Maths twice a week and make sure i put 100% into everything i do. i believe i am a driven and focused individual in both athletics and academics as i give my all and don’t do things half heartedly and in return i expect only the best results.
