Goal of the Seaso...Personal Statement
I believe that sport is the great leveler of the world where all can be involved in fair and equitable play. Success is determined not only on natural ability but on what you are prepared to put in. Talent and elegance mean very little without the rigour and precision that comes with hard work and working as a team. In addition, I understand that it is up to me to make it happen; whether scoring the goal, passing the test or mastering the fine art of making burgers! I see my development as a person in a holistic way and my character traits of; integrity, empathy, grit and gratitude are just as important as my athletic skill. A person needs to be of good character in order to achieve success on any playing field of life.
