David García Cruz '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, my name is David García and I am from the class of 2023. My preferred position is center back (CB), but I can also play center defensive mid (CDM). I play for Surf Soccer Dorado 05 Elite team in Puerto Rico. My team's style emphasizes highly keeping possesion of the ball, strong pressure, and over everything a determined attitude on the field. I play a big part to our team's structure as most plays start through passes made by myself. In addition to this, I do take most freekicks, while also participating in corner or free kick set pieces because of my stunning headers. I am excited for my final club and varsity year, and for what these next months have to offer. Joined by the help of the NCSA, I am thrilled to face what the recruitment  process and everything it has to offer!
