Nathan Gomez '18 Recruiting Profile

I began playing soccer as a junior in high school. Although this is later than most kids, it is in no way a reflection of my commitment and dedication to the sport. In fact, I think it motivates me to work harder. I strive to excel and I’m always seeking feedback on ways to improve my game. I am a leader both on and off the field. I am supportive and encouraging to my teammates. I’ve learned a lot from the seniors this past year. Now it is my turn to take charge and show the incoming freshmen how much the game of soccer means to me. If it takes blood, sweat, and tears, I will give it my all. I will show my teammates that this, my final season in high school, means the world to me. I am focused on not only improving my game, but also to win State!! I am committed to doing whatever it takes. My goal is to get to the next level, whether that is JUCO, NAIA or possibly Division 1. I am excited to see where my future takes me and to prove to myself and anyone who has doubted me, that I can do it. My passion is soccer.
