Nate Esterline '22 Recruiting Profile

From the moment I stepped on the field for the first time, I knew I was in love with soccer. I have taken my love for the game and used it to push myself when no one else will. I take winning seriously, and put that above everything. Ever since that first step, I have been working towards being the best player I can possibly be, and one that has success in the sport. I have played division 1 club soccer my whole life. I have traveled across the country and even the world (France) to play. I am used to playing up, as my club teams have often played in leagues against older teams. Also, I have been on my high school’s varsity soccer team since sophomore year, in which I won a State Championship and played an integral role as a starter that year. My junior year I was named captain as I have great leadership skills, and I won an all state second team recognition.

Through my hard working mentality I have excelled not only on the field, but also in the classroom. I am a gifted student, with a 3.63 GPA unweighted, and weighted I have a 4.1. Also, I achieved a 32 on the ACT which puts me in the 96th percentile of all test-takers. I’m looking for a school that can further my education, and allow me to play the sport I love. I look forward to speaking with the coaches that will help me along my journey.
