It is my dream to play college soccer. I have been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. My Dad is a coach and growing up, I would spend hours every day at the field with him helping him set up his practice fields and always playing and practicing with the older teams. I could never get enough. I was always small for my age so I adapted by using my quickness, technical skill, work ethic, and soccer IQ. My creativity on the ball and playmaking talent is something very special about me. I enjoy creating opportunities for my teammates to score goals as much as I love to score goals myself. I am a quiet person by nature but I communicate well on the field and lead by example.
My family, God, school, and soccer are my top priorities. I am able to successfully balance all of these important aspects of my life and also spend time with my friends and teammates, play high school basketball and work as a soccer referee. I also play futsal. I have participated in US Youth Futsal and my teams have made it to the regional and national level for 6 years. I was chosen as a member of the US Youth Futsal National Team and travelled to Costa Rica to compete. It was an amazing experience. I am grateful for all of these experiences and opportunities. I am also thankful for my family, teammates, and coaches who have taught me and helped me grow as a person and continue to positively influence me.
I want to attend a college with highly rated academics and a successful soccer program. I am very competitive, I love winning, and I love being a part of a team. My education is extremely important to me and my future. If I am fortunate enough to play soccer professionally, I realize that I also want and need a career after my playing days are over.
