Andrew Mattia '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Andrew Mattia, a member of the class of 2025 and play as a striker but can also play winger and attacking midfielder. I am from both the United States as well as Ecuador where my love of the beautiful game comes from. As a kid, I have always aspired not only reaching the highest level of education possible to make my family proud, but also to play soccer at the highest level and work toward my dreams. Since beginning playing the sport at the age of 7 years old, I have always had a vision to be the best player I can be and work as hard as I can every day towards that. When a goal comes to mind, I am quick to assure I will be the hardest working and most persistent and relentless person I can possibly be to get there and keep challenging myself on a daily basis to seek improvement. I also consider myself to be a versatile player and are willing to do anything to help my team. More importantly, I want to join a program in which not only I can get better in, but in which I can help succeed as the returning favor.
