Personal Statement
My name is Patrick Strout. I have been passionate about the game since I was 8 years old and first watched the 2014 World Cup. I love playing, watching, and analyzing the game and I hope to coach someday as well. My teammates and coaches would say I'm committed to the offensive and defensive side of the ball. I play unselfishly and enjoy a good pass or defensive tackle as much as any goalscoring highlight notoriety. I love being part of a team and contributing in whatever way is necessary. I am academically curious, but I must honestly say I don't know what direction that will take me. I do want a college education, but I don't want to start my life in financial debt. So I'm looking forward to trying to find a great coach, great school and great team that will be a good fit for me.
