I have just completed my 14 game season with my ECNL Regional League club team while at the same time doing track at high school and attending a lot of ID camps. In track, I won 2nd place in the 4x400 at the MIAA State Championship and managed to knock 30 seconds off of my 1600 time over the course of the season to achieve a mile time of 5:05 at the State Championship meet.
I have just finished junior year at Annapolis Area Christian School in Gambrills, Maryland, Class of 2023. For the 2nd summer in a row, I am going to train with the Baltimore King’s U20 team, scrimmaging weekly with the King’s U23 team, and playing pick-up soccer with my high school teammates, all while participating in College ID Camps throughout the Northeast. I have been a starter for my high school Varsity team for the past 3 years. We made state semifinals last year and I look forward to the upcoming season.
About me – I have worked with a lot of different coaches over the years, spent off-season time training in camps with D.C. United, Maryland ODP, Coerver, Liverpool, and Ajax, and I have traveled internationally to train in Italy and Brazil. This summer, I will be going to the Manchester City camp in Manchester, England in July. I have always been complemented on my soccer IQ and been placed in many different positions on the pitch. My most comfortable positions are outside back and central midfielder. I am looking for a Division III school with high academic standards and strong STEM departments. I feel very fortunate to be a part of Annapolis Area Christian School. I have a coach who stresses the “student athlete” mindset. We play futsal during the winter, hold off-season workouts in the weight room, and fill our summers with mini-camps and pick-up soccer. My school teachers incorporate a seminar style of teaching with small group discussions preparing me for the educational environment found in many Christian and liberal arts colleges. There is a strong community culture at AACS and I am looking for a college with a similar culture where I can continue to grow as a student athlete.
