Coach, I am only 2 weeks into the NCSA process and am actively working on completing my profile including my personal statement. I hope to have everything completed by December.
In the interim, here are a few thoughts for your consideration: I’m a passionate, dedicated, and generous team player who contributes significant speed, precision, advanced footwork, and consistent scoring (have been top scorer when I’ve played forward/striker). I am seen as a leader who builds up my and ‘pumps up’ my teammates whether formally as Captain or as an informal leader. I love this sport and I want to play during college. I hope you will give me a chance.
Please don’t count me out due to the status of the NCSA forms. I would be grateful to talk with you and am thrilled to have the potential opportunity to play soccer with your team.
…more info to come shortly! If you’d like to read my essays to gain additional insights in the meantime, I can provide anytime.
I look forward to meeting you. And thank you for this opportunity.
