Personal Statement
There are many different things in life I love but none more than soccer. I have been playing since I was as big as the ball. I started playing at age 3 in a recreational league and have been learning and developing for the past 14 years. Along the way, I played lacrosse and basketball at a high level and wrestled for the high school team. I've learned something from each one and bring those experiences into my game.
Leadership and hard work are just minimums. Having a military father and a mother in the Maryland State Police have taught me the value of showing up and working hard every day while taking pride in my accomplishments and ownership in my failures. My grandparents also ensured I understand how important sportsmanship and manners are to being a well-rounded athlete.
I bring years of studying soccer molded into a hard-working athlete with a fantastic smile to the table. I'm looking for a college with a great atmosphere that encourages their student-athletes to be the best they can be.
