Nicholas Lara '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nicholas Lara and I am a 16 year old high school Junior in Maryland. I am 5’8” and weigh 135 lbs. I currently train with my goalkeeper coach, Melvin Barrera. I would like to attend college on the east coast or Midwest, but I can consider going elsewhere. I am open to attend any division level college that will allow me to continue to play soccer. It is also important that the school supports my plan to major in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering.  

I would be a strong asset to any college team because I always strive for excellence and improvement. I train hard and play even harder.  You will always be able to count on me whether you are my coach, teacher or my teammate.  My teammates and coaches look to me to provide leadership and motivation during practices and games. As a cadet in the JROTC program, my leadership skills extend on and off the soccer field. It is a responsibility I take very seriously.   I will always give 110% to my coaches and my team.
