Colin Shields '28 Recruiting Profile

I currently am undecided for a major but am interested in coaching soccer as a career. I enjoy playing several defensive positions but am willing to learn and grow as a player as my coach or team sees fit. I recently visited Portugal and learned about soccer within the country. It led to me to an awesome opportunity to "Guest Assistant Coach" the U6 Benefica Developmental Team. This has continued to spark my interest in ways to continue to develop myself and others in soccer. In school, I enjoy Science and History courses. I volunteered with my soccer team to run a summer camp for 3rd through incoming 9th graders.
