Tyler Jenkins '26 Recruiting Profile

Soccer has been my greatest passion since I was 7. From the moment I joined my first club team, I have been addicted to improve myself to be the best possible teammate and player I can be. I understand the commitment that soccer brings and I am all for it. I love being challenged, that is why I want to be in a school that challenges me to grow both on and off the field.

I am dedicated to balancing school and soccer, I have had A's and B's my entire life including difficult AP and honors classes. I am very good at listening to my coaches and implementing what they teach me. I was captain of my last club team selected by players votes. From there I have worked my way up to earn a spot on a top level club team in Maryland, going to the USYS National Championships, and I am not slowing down.  My dream is to play college soccer. As a sophomore Varsity player, our team won the Maryland 4A State title in 2023.  I will embrace any role a coach needs and I'm very adaptive. I started my career playing up top, but the last few seasons i have played eveywhere in the defensive line including LWB, LB, CB, RB, RWB, so I fully understand the whole field.

My favorite is RB, I am very good at distributing and finding goal scoring opportunities for my teammates and taking the shot when i have it.
