Kyle Harradine '15 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was four years old. Each and every time I step on the field, I play to win and give my all.
I am a strong ball handler with quick, efficient decision making abilities and a solid understanding of the game.  I have the vision and pace to get past defenders with ease and glide into dangerous positions on a consistent basis both with and without the ball allowing me to be a playmaker and make an impact at any moment in every game.  I realize the significance of possession, necessity of playing both offense and defense, and feel teamwork and intelligent play win games over individual talent.
I am a passionate team player and try to lead by display of a strong work ethic both at practices and during games; I am one of the hardest working players on the field and challenge my teammates to follow my lead. I am very coachable, strive to learn more, and become the best possible player I can be.
In the classroom, I admit I have not applied myself.  I am ADHD and often get frustrated with the formalities of the traditional classroom and look forward to learning in a freer environment that encourages discussion and rewards originality.
I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that would afford me the chance to better my life. I want to attend a college where I can be challenged both in the classroom and on the field. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to make my mother proud by becoming a great player, a college graduate and an accomplished man.
