Personal Statement

Dear Coaches,

First let me introduce myself, I am Camden Constantino and I am currently a Senior at North Caroline High School located in Ridgely MD. I have been playing competitive soccer since the age of 6. I play Center Back at the Varsity level in High School and also on the Bayshore Arsenal U17 Showcase club team and the Shore FC U17 Showcase team. When selected to join your program I believe that I will be an asset to the team because of my defensive prowess, speed, agility, height (6'), ball skills, determination and extreme passion for the game. Completion of my education is my number one priority. Academically I plan to major in business marketing with a long term goal of attaining a master degree in the same field. Also I am currently taking AP classes to challenge and prepare myself for college and with a goal graduating in the top 10% of the class of 2021.

Will be an important asset going forward. Strength - Did a good job handling challenges and played well shoulder-to-shoulder. Mental Abilities - 89 / 100 Competitiveness - Showed a strong desire to win and seems to enjoy the competition. Keep working hard! Coachable - Responds well to coaching. Asked good questions and seemed to enjoy the learning process. Coach's Comments Camden, you are extremely coachable and it was a pleasure to coach you at camp. Your defensive ability in 1 v 1 situations is an asset of your's and will help you progress further. To take your skills to the next level, look to progress to group tactics such as; 1st defender, 2nd defender, 3rd defender roles and responsibilities. How can you become more vocal on the field? Communication is key when in defending and very important in the college game. How can you become more of a vocal leader on the field? How can you control the ball better and use that to play into your next action?
