Jordan Jones '16 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to attend a college where I can study either engineering or computer science. Last year I took a couple of computer science classes including Web Design and this year I'm taking JAVA programming and AP Computer Science. Since I haven't quite made up my mind which major I will choose I am looking at colleges that offer both majors and an opportunity to play soccer at a collegiate level.  Soccer has been my passion since kindergarten. I love the game more than any other sport. I play a mental game when I am on the field. I tend to think about my teammates and their position. I'm probably a lot different than other players because I don't like to hold on to the ball but I keep it moving so the team can make the play. I believe every teammate is an important part of the play and when one player is having issues it affects the whole team's performance. Sometimes I like to encourage my teammates to shake it off when things happen in the game that cause an upset. After all, it's just a game. But I love the game of soccer. My academic goal is to reach a 3.5 before I graduate from high school. I have my work cut out and I intend to bring my "A" game.
