My collegiate goals are quite simple, but quite hard to manage. They are to get into a good academic school, play division 1 soccer and be successful at both of them. Yes i know it is very generic, but these are the basic goals. More in depth goals include, getting a degree in bio engineering, receiving a scholarship for soccer to a division 1 team and have a college that is perfect for me. What makes me a good candidate? Well i am ALWAYS the first one on the field and the last one off. I treat every training as if was my last shot to make an impression. I start and end stretches, warm-ups and motivate the people around me to push themselves and keep the intensity high. Yet off the pitch i can relax and make/have good relationships with my teammates, coaches and others. I can joke around and have fun but when it is time to stop i will. I am also a very versatile player, i can play anywhere on the pitch if the coach calls upon me to get a job done. I usually play attacking roles like attacking midfield, striker, and winger, but i will/have played more defensive roles on the pitch. I work extremely hard on academics, sometimes studying for hours upon hours. I have dyslexia but i never let that slow me down. I have gone to specialized schooling in the summers to help me. I have had special teacher take me aside and focus just on me. I have currently a 3.3 GPA while taking honors classes in science, mathematics and will be starting an honors history class by the beginning of next year. I have over come my dyslexia problems even though they are always here with me. Yes, it does take me longer to comprehend some ideas but I am willing to put in the work to get the reward. Over all I am a dedicated young man who puts my all into everything i do from school work to the soccer pitch.
