Owen Ribeiro '19 Recruiting Profile

Hey coach, My name is Owen Ribeiro and I am really looking forward to graduating high school and pursuing a great education at a college. From a school standpoint, getting a business degree is a must and I one day look to have my own business, just like my father. From a soccer standpoint, I want to join a team that is all for winning because to me, winning is everything. I come from a Brazilian and Portuguese heritage so you could imagine how seriously soccer is taken. It is a way of life and being able to play for another four years while getting the education I desire is going to be amazing. While playing in college my primary focus is to be a team leader and most of all be known as a winner. Losing deep in the playoffs for my high school is rough, but its given me a positive learning experience as not only a player, but as a human being. By the time I graduate the school I chose, I would hope that my presence on the team impacted my teammates and coaches in a positive way, and hopefully I leave a lasting impact on my College/University.
