Desmond Baugh '28 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches,

I'm Desmond. I have been playing soccer ever since I was 2. I am from Lexington, Massachusets. I lived in England for a few years when I was in pre-school and thats where I really picked it up.

I play Center and Left Back. I am a strong defender and use my size to my help. I am a great passer, and have good vision, I also have a high soccer IQ. 

I am looking to play soccer at the next level and trying to find as many opportunities as possible. 

I love the game and continue to try and better myself weather it is through practice or studying the game. 

Outside of Soccer I maintain an honor roll worthy GPA and have started multiple fundraisers. I ran one for a Special Olympics team out of Newton called Newton Athletes Unlimited. I ran a tournament at my school and through snack sales (every bag snacks was $1 and drink was $2) we made over one thousand dollars. I also have lots of close connections to Maui and I was there while the fires happened this year. I started a business/fundraiser that sells products around the country. All the money made is going to the Pacific Whale Foundation to help Maui. I am selling Christmas Tree Ornaments, Key Chains, and Bracelets but there will be more to come. 

I want to play college soccer at the highest level possible and am willing to do anything to make it happen.
