Alex Diaz '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Alex Diaz, and to make this short, I want to play at the highest level I possibly can, and continue to develop as a player wherever I end up playing. I have an ambition to make this sport a living, which is why I take my training and development extremely seriously, individually and with my teams. 

Athletically, I am very disciplined, and I love to receive critique and learn from those who know more than me and want to advise me. I'm competitive, and I refuse to not be the hardest worker on any team I play on. I'm versatile, and know the in's and out's of many different positions, particularly in the midfield, and can play anywhere the coaches need me.

Academically, I've always been focused and disciplined with my grades, work rate, and learning. I like to think that my discipline for soccer kind of carries over to my academics, which is why i've always been a top student in my grade. I would love to extend my education further into the sports science, and kinesiology fields, that way I can grow my social online presence, (@gogrindsoccer on Instagram) and continue to help other aspiring footballers reach their own goals.
