I have been on a bit of an uphill grind throughout my playing career. Starting out playing years ago I can confidently say I was far from the best player, starting from the lowest ranked team on my club team and over the course of the following years getting myself up to the first team. Similarly with High school starting on the JV team my freshman year I was not satisfied, sophomore year I was called up to varsity after working all year long the previous year where I learned a lot just from being able to play against better players in practices and in games.
I am looking to get into a program that will challenge my athletics so that I can continue to play at a high level and continue to grow as a soccer player. I also would like a program that will challenge me academically, I always like to be learning and improving so a tough academic system is what I am looking for.
