Anders Traver '27 Recruiting Profile

I have many passions, but my primary passion is soccer. I am a sophomore at West Ottawa High School in Holland, MI. I was one of 3 freshman who made the JV team this last year and one of 2 sophomores to make Varsity this year. I also play for Michigan Rangers FC in the NLC E64 League. My role as the 6 requires me to be vocal, be a leader, be consistent and have vision. I am a player who will always put the team first. I am willing to do whatever it takes to become better; I train hard and am always improving. My goal is to play soccer at the collegiate level after I graduate in 2027. Off the field I also excel academically. I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese and will continue to study it in high school and, hopefully, in college. I also enjoy watercolor painting and the study of botany. I hope to play soccer for a college that prides itself in academic excellence.
