Lucas Bell '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lucas Bell and I love playing soccer. I have been playing soccer for 10 years, 6 in development soccer and 4 years competitive, including 2 years of varsity soccer at Lee’s Summit High School.

I am a speedy forward with unmatched endurance and absolute vision of the field. I have also played wing on my club team and I have experience playing defensive back with my high school team. I pride myself on being able to set my teammates up for a pass, a cross to the middle, or taking a shot at goal. I have the speed to be able to pressure the ball and quickly get back into position in order to aid my team in winning. Few have ever matched my speed.  

My goals are to learn as much as I can from my coaches, teammates, how to win humbly and lose gracefully. I want to improve on my field IQ as well as situational awareness in game. I have been honing my 1v1 foot skills in order to extend plays, as well as working on my striking. I have a dream of playing collegiate soccer so that I can begin a career in physical therapy.
