João Pedro Moraes '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is João Pedro Giraldez Moraes, I'm 18 years old, I was born on September 27th, 2002, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I like to work out in my spare time,  I especially like playing soccer. In Brazil, I played in many clubs.  I have always played as either an attacking midfielder or a forward.

When I was a child, I always dreamed of being a good soccer player alongside being a good student and a good person. However, in my country (Brazil) is too difficult to conciliate soccer and education, so my first step in reaching my dream was to get a sports scholarship at a school here in the united states. My second step is to get a good scholarship in a good college both in soccer and in academics and to get that, I logged into this site.  

One thing that makes me different from other athletes is my willpower and my effort to play for the team because I think when the team plays well the individual stands out. I've been keeping a 3.2 or higher G.P.A and in my last school, I did community service while I was doing my exchange program to Germany, to improve my german. I believe I am dedicated, passionate, a hard worker, and a good choice for your college.
