Alfrick Arun '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Alfie Arun and I am a 2019 graduate and I would like to attend a strong academic institution and play soccer. I am very passionate about playing soccer and I love it.  During my middle school years and playing for the club I was really motivated to become a college soccer player.

I am a smart soccer player and use my quickness and dribbling /passing  skills to my advantage.  I work hard in the pitch by keeping possession, winning defensive battles, and creating chances and scoring goals. My calm and composed character allows me to perform to the best of my ability without being distracted by big games and pressure situations.  I am very dedicated to the game and play with a lot of discipline.

My work ethic goes beyond the pitch.  In the academic field,  I seek out challenges and competitions and always strive for excellence. I have a high GPA and I volunteer to teach sports for special need kids through the programs called KEEN (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) and TASK (Team Activities for Special Need Kids).  I am also serving as an admission ambassador for my school since 2016 and serving as a class VP in my junior year. I believe that your college offers an environment to excel in both academics and soccer.
