Personal Statement

My goal is to play soccer in college and to study math and science.  I take my studies and soccer very seriously.  I work hard on and off of the pitch, putting in extra practice on my own every day.  While in college, I will work hard to expand my soccer IQ and increase my knowledge in math and science.  I like new and challenging situations.  I seek this out academically by taking advanced classes and having a 4.09 GPA.  I am constantly trying to learn more about soccer every day from my coach, private trainers, listening to the coaching academy, watching soccer on TV, and talking to former professional soccer players.
