My name is Jake Daly and I am currently a Junior at Charles W. Baker High School. I have played High School soccer for the past three years, having continued success with the program, such as winning Sectional titles and playing in Regional/State competitions. I have also played competitive club soccer since 2009, ODP soccer since 2016, and soccer in general ever since I was born. My collegiate goals are to create major success in the classroom and off the field, while creating opportunities for success on the field, such as winning National Championships. What makes me different from other players is I play the beautiful game because I genuinely love it and knowing I have the ability and opportunity to do it everyday makes me grateful and happy every time I get to play. I have a growth mindset and I am always looking for ways to improve on and off the field, such as improving my academics and finding ways to make my game better. I currently have a 3.70 GPA weighted/unweighted; I have not taken my SAT yet, but plan to in the coming months. My biggest strengths on the field are creating plays and dangerous opportunities, clinical finishing, while being very technical and fast in space. It is my dream to play at the highest level and I believe that I have the ability, mindset, and tactical awareness to play at the highest level. My overall goal is to graduate with a degree from a great college or university, then chasing a professional playing career at the highest level afterwards.
