Nick Golando '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nick Golando, I play center attacking midfield and I have tallied 30 goals and 32 assists over my varsity soccer career. Although I mainly play CAM I am a versatile player and have been moved to many positions including center defensive midfield, center back, and even goalie when my team needed me there. I am willing to do whatever my team needs me to do to help win games, and because of this I have helped lead my Maple Grove soccer team to the sectional final every year, one regional final, and an undefeated league title.  Over my three years of soccer, I have been named a second-team all-star, First-team all-star twice, Post Journal all-star, and Player of the Year in the Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Central Division, Post Journal Player of the Year, and a Western New York All-Star.
