March 2017Personal Statement
My name is Luke Dobles and I am currently a junior at Spencerport High School near Rochester, New York and seeking a spot on a university squad after I graduate in June, 2018. I’ve have been the full-time goalkeeper for my team since I was very young and from this time I’ve received specific goalkeeper training along with my team training. In addition to this, I have done speed and agility training and extra goalkeeper training outside club training. As a result of this extra effort, I have become the top goalkeeper in my club’s age group. I take pride in working harder than my opponents and I am willing to put in the time and effort to reach my goal.
As I look forward to college, I want to study Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a minor in business to one day open my own gym.

GPS-NY College Showcase 2016 Champions - 3 shutouts! 2016 Memorial Day Classic Champions - 4 shutouts! 2016 Lakefront Soccer Tournament Champions! Ended in 3-way tie for NYW State Cup and had the least amount goals against but didn't score enough goals to advance (2 shutouts).
