Evan Blackley '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Evan Blackley. I live in Denver, NC and currently on the East Lincoln High School Men's Soccer Team. I am also on the U19 Roma Elite Team with with CSA (Charlotte Soccer Academy). I was born and raised in Lumberton, NC and played on the Lumberton High Soccer Team along with PSA (Pembroke Soccer Association) and LRSA (Lumber River Soccer Association) prior to moving after my freshman year. I am a attacking midfielder and a versatile player. I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old and love the game. I enjoy the challenge of athletics and also participate in outdoor track, indoor track, and CrossFit in addition to soccer. I strive for excellence in athletics, academics and extracurricular activities. I have a 4.5 GPA and currently have 4 college credits from AP classes currently at the completion of my sophomore year. I also participated in many activities at my church in Lumberton, NC. I was involved with Cub Scouts and Boys Scouts and completed the highest rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 15. I was also awarded a National Award for Heroism through after rescuing a drowning victim at a waterfall at age 14. I am eager to play soccer in college and plan to spend the next two years in high school improving my skill in soccer along with excelling in school and other activities in my community.
