Peter Glackin '25 Recruiting Profile

I feel what’s makes me a good candidate for a team is the fact that I will always be giving my all every practice and every game. I grew up as a starter my whole life, played with the same team and same coach through my whole career. Then I made it to my junior year of high school and was dropped from the team completely after the previous season going the entire year giving up zero goals. Instead of quitting the game I love, I used it as fuel for motivation to become the number 1 keeper. I put countless hours of work in during the summer and came back this year with adversity to overcome. I think the way I took back over my starting role is the fact that I am the first one at every practice and the last one to leave, I stop listening to the outside noise and stayed focussed on becoming the best version of myself I can possibly be.
