Aidan Taylor '22 Recruiting Profile

I am currently 6’1 and 160lbs,  play mainly a defensive mid but will play wherever I am needed (except goalie).  I’m coachable, a team player, who focuses both on the field and in the classroom. I’m current GPA is 4.2 and I have taken the  ACT and have scored a 24 with the SAT Scheduled for this October.  I participated in my high school’s  NJROTC program.  I play  ECNL with the Wilmington Hammerheads as well as classic with Havelock Force United here in NC in the spring and UPSL with Levi United, in the summer.  

Each summer I spend two weeks at a Marine Corps leadership camp in the Allegheny mountains.  I have done this for seven summers at the camp, which supports children of service members wounded or killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.  My 1st in a leadership role which prepared me for team Capt.  My intent is to pursue a degree in engineering and a career, like my father, in the military after a successful four years in college.  I would also like to continue  to play soccer throughout my four years of college.
