- ActivitiesChess, I have played competitively for more than 10 years and have won various tournaments. I am a graduate of the American Red Cross Leadership Program. I have been selected to be a senior Promoter for Prestige Portraits. I volunteer with Girl Scouts of the USA and Nike for the shoe recycling program. I am a Summer Ambassador for Walnut Hills High School. One of my passions is learning, hands on, about other countries and cultures. I lived with a family in China for 3 weeks, going to school, and being a member of the family. I hosted their son and the teacher lived with me as well. I have visited several government councils and cities in Northern Germany. I studied the environmental and ecosystems of Costa Rica. I hosted a student from Russia. During my junior year, I hosted an exchange student from Spain, for the entire school year and I take advance Spanish. I travelled to Guatemala, lived with a family, and worked with orphans.
