What makes me different?
I am not afraid to make difficult decisions, as I began to prepare for my senior year it became clear that I needed to make a change to better prepare myself for the opportunity to continue my soccer career at the collegiate level. I decided to forego my senior high school season to try out for the MLS Elite Youth Development Platform (EYDP) and successfully secured a position on the roster.
I challenge you to find a player that will "out work me." I pride myself on being the hardest worker on the field. Others may have the same skills and abilities that I possess, some may even be more talented but my work ethic sets me apart, I strive to be the hardest worker on the field and I am persistent to achieve what I set out to do. I have fallen short plenty, and yes have been disappointed some too along the way but that just pushes me to continue to push forward and work harder. This work ethic extends into everything that I do and has helped me achieve much success academically, and helped me earn the respect of others.
By the end of my junior year in high school I have successfully completed 39 credit hours of dual program enrollment toward my college degree, because of my dedication to hard work to my future. I will continue to accumulate dual program enrollment hours as a student my senior year at the Bowling Green State University - Firelands branch campus.
