Nicholas Ferreira '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nicholas Ferreira, and I am a third generation elite soccer player.  I currently play for the London FC Men’s U-21 team.  We are a reserve team or the FC London League 1 Men’s teams. I am an unselfish mid-fielder that takes pride in being a playmaker. While I play mid-fielder majority of the time, my skill set allows coaches to move me up front if team dynamics call for a change.

I am a 2022 graduate and currently attend St. Thomas Aquinas High School in London, Ontario. I have made the varsity soccer team since my freshman year and play mid-fielder for the Flames.  

I was born and raised in Brighton, Michigan where I lived until the fall of 2017.  My mother and father were collegiate athletes and understood the value of exposing me to many sports.  I played travel hockey for 7 years and played for the Michigan Wolves Soccer Academy for 9 years until we relocated to London. 

I love the sport of soccer. I not only work hard to improve my game on the field but I enjoy watching soccer so I can learn from others and perfect my ability to read the field better than my opponents. Please review my information with consideration for adding a great individual on and off the field to your program, as I am looking to take my game to the college level.
