Chase Mason '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, 

My name is Chase Mason. I am currently a 6’2” 2023 student-athlete, in grade 12.  Currently playing academy soccer for Durham FC League 1 U-19 reserve, Oshawa Ontario. I am a starter and currently the fastest on my team.  I started playing on my high school varsity soccer team (at Courtice Secondary School) in grade 9.  We took 1st place the last 3 years in the LOSSA Championship, and we just took 1st place again last month and will be heading to Provincials again this spring 2023.  I was awarded the overall "Athlete of the year" and "Soccer MVP" all 3 years so far at my high school athletics banquet.  I am also apart of a Canada Select Team that travels to Europe in International tournaments. I have started on the team the last 2 years. Last year we went to Rome, Italy competing in the Lazio Cup making it to quarter finals with Athletico Real Madrid.

I am looking for a great Business Program at a University that has a competitive soccer team.

I believe I have the ability to be an important part of a competitive team in 2023, and contribute to its future success.

Started high school Varsity soccer in grade 9.  We took 1st place at District and Regionals.  Competing in OFSAA provincials each year.

2016 ID’d by Sheffield Wednesday FC and went to England to train and play with them.
