Mathais Butkovic '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a young soccer player who wants to fulfil his dream of playing soccer at a post-secondary level and in a competitive environment.  Playing for a university team will be the next steppingstone to reach this goal.  I am dedicated to the sport, have a high work ethic on and off the field, and willing to do anything for my club.  I am teachable and welcome constructive criticism to better myself.  I have had the opportunity to train in Europe with local club teams.  I trained in Croatia, Malta, and Spain. This has allowed me to see and be part of how other clubs train, their intensity and level of competition.  This experience has helped build my confidence personally and as a player and motivated me to work harder to attain higher athleticism.  Academically, I always hand in my assignments on time and with care.  I seek clarification when needed and have a positive repour with my teachers.
