Roi Gil '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Roi Gil. I am a centre midfielder playing for Thornhill Thunder CSL. I am versatile as I also play fullback and centre back I will graduate Stephen Lewis in the year of 2021 with 90%. I work very hard resulting in interceptions. I am passionate, and my intensity is contagious for my teammates.While I am very effective at winning the ball I am comfortable in possession to look to forward players. I grew up in Israel, moving to Canada at the age of 11, which was a challenge that taught me adaptation. As I grew up, I was introduced to the game of soccer at the age of 5, fell in love with the game, and played ever since. My other sport is long distance running, which helps me with soccer. Some of my hobbies and passions are programming and playing the guitar. My favourite soccer team is arsenal, as I love to watch their possession play style, and the way they work as a team.
