My name is Jordan McDoal, and I am a Senior in high school. Since I was a sophomore I have been a member of my school's varsity soccer team and have been playing soccer since I was six years old. It is my passion, and I have set my sights on playing soccer at the Division 1 level in college.
To achieve this next step in my career, I have been working hard both on and off the field. I am committed to maintaining good grades and have taken challenging courses to prepare for college. In addition, I have been training rigorously to improve my skills and performance as a soccer player. I attend training sessions, compete in tournaments, and watch game footage to analyze my strengths and weaknesses and work on areas that need improvement.
My participation in soccer has taught me the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. These are qualities that I have carried with me throughout my life and will continue to rely on as I pursue my academic and athletic goals.
In addition to my love of soccer, I am also interested in working out and meditating. I believe that being involved in a variety of activities has helped me to develop a well-rounded perspective and allowed me to grow both as a person and an athlete.
I am excited about the opportunity to attend college and continue to play soccer at the highest level. I believe that a reliable college would provide me with the academic and athletic support that I need to achieve my goals.
Thank you for taking the time to review my personal statement. I am excited about the prospect of attending a college where I can continue to grow academically and athletically. While I have yet to decide on which college to attend, I am confident that I will find the right fit that will allow me to pursue my dreams and make a positive impact on the community. Once again, thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to a college as a student-athlete.
Cordially,
Jordan McDoal
