My name is Westley Carter, I am a Senior at Hood River High school. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 160 lbs. I am a forward starter for my highschool and club soccer team, Westside Timbers Copa 99. This upcoming year I will be taking college classes and preparing myself for college and my future the best I can.
Soccer has taught me many things over the years I have played, but one thing that I have always focused on is doing things whole heatedly. No matter what I am doing, I make sure that I do it to the best of my ability and that I have equipped myself for success. The work must be done on and off the field. Playing soccer is a privilege that I cherish. I have set goals for myself that are high, but I am confident that I will reach these goals with hard work and dedication. My first goal is to play soccer in college, and following that professionally. These goals have been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I thank God everyday for everything he has given me and I live by Luke 1:37 "With God, nothing shall be impossible."
Thank you for your time,
Westley Carter
