My love for soccer started when was in 6th grade. I played rec for two seasons but then wanted more, I wanted to experience faster play and better technique so I started playing for a competitive team. A few weeks after tryouts, I shattered my little finger and was unable to play at all. I thought my summer was ruined. But instead, when I got my cast off, I worked as hard as I could, throughout physical therapy I pushed myself so I could heal faster and better. And when I finished, I went to practices with a whole new mindset. Every practice is an opportunity and everything on or off the ball will develop me to become the greatest player I can be. I want to take every opportunity I can to become better then I was previously.
