Evan Schmidt '20 Recruiting Profile

I began playing soccer when I was 6.   I started with a community rec league and as my love for the game grew, I expanded

my play to include travel opportunities.  Initially, I played defense but my interest in the goalkeeper position peaked in middle school. I tried out and literally found what I consider to be my calling.  I have played between the pipes since 7th grade and aspire to continue my soccer career at the college level.  I have worked hard to hone my skill level and master my craft and have worked equally as hard at my academics. My plan is to continue to strive to be the best in net while furthering my studies in criminal justice.
