Jonny Klohr '20 Recruiting Profile

Getting to where I am today began on a soccer field when I was about five years old. Soccer has always been a huge part of my life, and I could not imagine not playing the sport I love throughout my college career. I have played soccer at a competitive level on my high school team, New Covenant Christian School, and on my club team, Pennsylvania Classics. With these teams I have traveled to many tournaments where I have had the opportunity to demonstrate as well as develop my skills. As a dedicated and hardworking player there are many reasons that I am the best candidate to play for a collegiate level team. To name a few of those reasons, I am a team player, I am willing to work hard in areas that need improvement, I have a mind and passion for the game, and I am a coachable player wanting to continue to get better. During my three years playing for New Covenant Christian School, I was nominated by my coaches to be recognized as the offensive MVP both my sophomore and junior years. I was also captain for my high school team my junior year. I intend playing for New Covenant Christian School my senior year and cant wait for whats  to come next. my mental strength allows me to be patient, knowing what to do and when. I can read the field well and see plays before they happen. Academically, I strive for successes and will continue to do so throughout college where I plan to major in either athletic training or sports management.

Soccer has given me some of my best friends and has taught me to be determined, dedicated, hardworking person that I am on and off the field. These qualities as a leader will assist me throughout collage, as well as greatly influence any collegiate soccer team where I play.
